: (1) The institute will make arrangements for collection of goods.
(2) The deadline for collection of goods shall be as prescribed in the prevailing Nepalese laws. The provisions of the prevailing Nepalese law, including fines for late payment of property, auctioning of land for the remaining property, and payment of rent, will also be applicable in the case of property to be collected by the company. Even the offices assigned to tehsil for collection of Guthi's property will be allowed to use the rights related to collection of property according to prevailing Nepalese law.
